Built in 1930, the
Aghios Germanos watermill was restored by the Society for Protection of Prespa (www.spp.gr) with the support of Leventis and Niarchos foundations and the supervision of A.Georganta and A.Stoikos architects. When you visit the watermill, located at the outskirts of the village, you may be lucky and get some flour, or even wash your flokati rug in the fulling tub !
